Teddy feels like something out of a Sir Arthur Conan Doyle novel. The townhouse is huge and the fireplaces keep it warm, and the kitchen's stocked and there's tea and aperitifs and so many books. "Yeah," Chase groused, uncapping the liqueur and pouring it into his glass. All the drinks were fruity as hell but, and he wouldn't just admit this, tasted pretty great. Those tricksy gays and their fancy booze.

"Except like the big bad wolf had a horrible love baby with the smoke monster from Lost, minus the shitty ending. I mean, the ending still sucked, it solidified and Tony blew it up, which was epicly nasty, but whatever. Thanks," he added, in reference to the refill.

Billy is in a smoking jacket himself, some kind of blue silk thing Kurt had foisted on him on their shopping trip. He has to admit his entire wardrobe is better for it, even if he feels a little silly playing house and entertaining Chase, of all people.

"Only you could end up in a messed up fairytale," Billy tells Chase, though he'd been completely engrossed in the story ever since hearing about it but never getting all the details.

"Actually, given where we're from, we know a... startlingly high number of people who could end up in messed up fairy tales," Teddy remarks.

"But Chase does kind of seem like the most likely candidate for that level of double you tee eff."

"....Thanks, guys," Chase sighed, leaning forward in his chair, resting his elbows on his knees and scrubbing a hand through his hair. If anything, Chase looked like the most rakish of extras off the set of Newsies.

"Anyway, it was just like an hour of weirdness, it's not even bothering me."
