It was rather good, if there is a licensed game dealer near you I highly recommend it. We got fed up with beef, lamb and pork so it was a nice change!

Leftover chilli on a jacket potato tonight, cauliflower cheese tomorrow. Maybe something with the left over duck later in the week.

We've had pheasant a couple of times over the last month, it's been nice.

What other ways do you cook yours then? We've a fair number of recipie books but this was one of my own devising. I saw the River Cottage Meat book in smiths for £10.00, which looked good.

Just hung my artwork for the Staff Art exhibition, which opens tomorrow :)
