This would have gotten me 27th had I been competing against the women.

Distance - 10km
Line time - 52mins 30 secs
Net time to come.

I am hoping I at least better last years time - 51mins 2 secs.

I completed the NB Real Run at the start of the October - 10km across 4ks of trail/dirt track, 400m of beach and the balance on road. It took me a net time of 51 mins 13 secs. This was good enough for 116th our of 1602. First place was 36.30 ( Read more... )

Knowing I will be here for another year (likely to October 09), my mentality change has definitely paid off. I enter conversations (personal and professional) with a different mentatlity and higher level of commitment. After 93 years of existence, grandma has passed away. It required a lightning trip to home to farewell the eldest stateswoman of the family clan, and one that I am very glad misty and I made. It gave us the opportunity to say good-bye and to be amongst family again ( Read more... )
