wait, what's that movie really about? isn't it scary?

yeah, it's scary - which is why it's funny to imagine it as a warm family drama featuring Peter Gabriel on the soundtrack.

I just realized that I'll have to pass Greenwich to get to NYC, which I will probably do fairly frequently. Which makes me think "all of these changes of plans and so on happened too late to get a good visit to friends out of it!" :(
