Frankly, I would fear Genji coming for me in my sleep if I had anything to do with forcing her to wear clothes. An apron it is!

Sammy El Cool gets the cape, and if you can, a freaky mask than also doubles as a muzzle. And a costume for a penguin would also be good, and something for a relatively mall snake.
