EB games told me yesterday that I won't be getting my Xbox 360 pre-order. That's annoying, but not unexpected. I did pre-order in September, but whatever. Wow. I have to read this book.
The book is Gravity's Rainbow by Thomas Ruggles Pynchon, Jr. No shit. That's his name. This novel is a dystopian work taking place late in WWII involving ballistic missile development. I went to Dave & Busters for a work team builder friday. For the unenlightened, Dave & Busters is sorta an entertainment/arcade/dinner/crazy place in the vast tundra that is Vaughn. I went out with sharlotte for a movie Sunday for her birthday. Which is today. Happy Birthday Stef! We saw "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang", which was plenty awesome. Smartly written and very surprising.
