Thanks to everyone for the welcome back and sharing tips on gout :) Yesterday i managed to get two walks in and slept like a dream ;)

you had gout? Wow i've missed something lol. I've been so busy havn't really been READING EVERY friends page like normally..hmm i should start again if i ever had the time that is .

Hows weight watchers doing?

Sorry sometimes i'm also posting to other groups but yes i have gout believe it or not!! Weight watchers seems to be doing o.k. now i fell off the wagon for a couple of weeks but am definately back on! How are you doing??

what exactly is gout?

I'm plauting but this girl at work said when she platues she using slimfast for like a week when shes cheated really bad or something so that's what i'm doing hope it works
