OKAY! So a permission post that will hopefully be somewhat informative:

Atsuko is perfectly sane!

Senji is kind of batshit in a nice way, so he'd probably recognize her.

Riful and Lust are horrible monsters, but they're not crazy. Lust is close enough to human thought to be considered normal, probably, despite the soulball thing, but Riful is... idk. On the one hand, she would absolutely never call what she was doing insane, and she's really more a sociopath than anything else--on the other, she's not human and being an Awakened Being is supposed to be like being in a constant kind of hazy pleasantness (kind of like being stoned only instead of cheetos, you get the munchies for human guts, idk)--although she's obviously much more in control of it than the other Awakened, it might rub off on her a little? I'm really not sure what to say about her.

Now that I actually read this fully...Alastair did have a brief flash of insanity at one point. He was under the influence/control of a dark power (the Oricalcos) at the time, and had his emotions pushed to snapped. He flipped and used the power to nearly crash a jumbo jet but came out of it.

So I'm curious if he applies at all, or is one of those tangential "I think I know you but I don't?" sort of cases. The majority of time spent wielding the Oricalcos, he was in control of his faculties, but he went a bit nutso for a minute or two.

River totally knows Delirium. :|d She's a little saner now that she doesn't have a huge honking secret hiding in the bottom of her brain, but I'd say she's still very much one of Del's. The experiments did bad things to her brain. :(
