took the GRE today. THRILLED with my results. a professor that knows me well told me that i have good chances of getting into a top-five public health school (namely u. of minnesota) with my scores. nice.

today i had a student write an absolutely wonderful, hilarious, brilliant introduction.

and right after i told him i loved it, the professor told him she hated it.

bitch.

fortunately, he agrees, and is keeping it just the way it is. :)
