I haven't painted anything in just over a year. Lack of inspiration. But I had fun for the past few hours.

these are extremely cool and cute. they sorta remind me of little kids drawings that you'd put on the fridge. :D they're like FUN THINGS, they have that quality in them. i like the self portrait, and although i cant say i see you in it, i think it sorta captured something else...but dont know what.

Dude, masking fluid is the biznatch.
I highly recommend it.
My goal was to complete the masking fluid paintings in under ten minutes each. It was so much fun. No thinking required.

i'm glad you did this. ever since i entered university, i have been in a creative drought most of the time, unless i am insanely depressed.

1. Your icon rocks.
2. I tend to not write songs unless I am depressed or confused. Painting used to be kind of a chore. My mom would make me copy Van Goghs and Picassos and Monets so she could hang them around the house. I felt like I was nine again, when my grandma first bought me watercolours. It was really refreshing.
