 I have been in something of a funk lately, so I'm pretty happy with today.  I gave up on the "Walk at Home" tapes after trying one that was on YouTube, and finding the "gentle warmup" too vigorous for me.  But since I'm not getting outside to walk very regularly, I really needed to find something else.  So today, I just put on a couple songs I
