Only because well, it's hot here %98 of the time, and on the few days when it is what you would consider "cold", it's not enough to really invest on an actual winter coat. I know it has to be called the "midwest" for a reason. I just thought it was funny because she's passed through there like, one time and that makes her an expert on the weather =P. Very frustrating.
