that's nonsense. i hate when people are so opposed to thorough information about sexual health, but are perfectly happy to capitalize on sex and sexuality to sell goods. and it's not even passive, they actively remove informational things, because childrens' innocence is allegedly stolen by educating them about their own bodies. however, virtue is preserved, even though children are berated with advertising about how to become a model consumer in today's gender- and sexuality-driven market. horay capitalism!
so let the damn mom teach her kid about her body, and let the rest of the people learn something from the magazine that their parents never let them in on! and i her daughter is fourteen, she's prolly going to have all the information she'll ever get, and not from her mom, from her ignorant friends! its wonderfull that seventeen did that though! i think i'll buy my sister one!
