So, it's been *ages* since I've been here. I come mostly when I'm missing fandom/looking to read new fanfic. I logged in today and the entire format of livejournal was so utterly changed as to be completely unrecognizable. I need a "dislike" button.

Where have all the good HP RPGs gone?

( 'Let's give school children their own laptops! Without asking their parents if they want them! And let's make sure the parents have to pay $250 to repair/replace them if anything happens to them! And let's make them Macbooks! And let's give them to kids entering 7th grade all the way through 12th grade, because, you know, we don't know how else to spend this money . . .' ~A lengthy email sent to my kids' school superintendent, principal, IT department, and the entire school board - all 5 of them. )
