I generally use root beer when making a float.

Guinness or chocolate stout with vanilla icecream is actually really tasty. This, however, was spoon in one hand, beer in the other, icecream held between legs and book propped on the table. Joy!

good for you.

I wish my weight was going down more but its slow.

Does your gym have treadmills? That would help with the running and the allergies. Just sayin.

I tried the treadmill and got nasty vertigo. Falling over, tunnel vision, and naseua.

Plus, I really enjoy the outdoors part. The neighborhood is in full bloom, the sun is shining, and the whole thing is great up until I forget to hit the inhaler.

Have you tried using the inhaler before you start? That tends to help me if I'm having issues or know I'm gonna have issues, I hit it once before I start and then it helps more it seems.

Sorry, my answer was pretty vague.

If I use the inhaler, I have less issues. It seems to work best ~15 minutes before I begin. I try to use it before jogging and fighting. I don't always remember. Today I did not remember. I did remember the loratadine.

UA rec center. The only real advantages are the facts that it is close and I'm already paying for it out of tuition/fees.

I have some gripes with the lack of support staff and limited hours. Also, it has very distinctive types of clientel.
