Yeah...no-more entries. I may have use for some kind of blog in the future, but my intentions would probably require starting that from scratch. Howevs, the account will stay up so I may peer into/make pithy comments about other people's lives.

The beard isn't working at the moment. Aesthetically-speaking. Well, technically the beard hasn't earned a paycheck either. Also, all my co-workers are bitter divorcees.

My medical bills have all been paid off, and I have my first day of (nongodawful) employment coming up in a touch over a week. A "reel job" so to speak. Health insurance, dental, driving a new car and wearing a tie to work....first rung on that well-worn "ladder of success" eh ( Read more... )

2006 has essentially involved me paying back every good thing that happened to me last year plus interest. Savage attacks, medical bills, litigation and chronic unemployment have blighted the year.  The overall picture appears overwhelming and is best left ignored.

PA Action might have a full-time job for me. Aside from that I'm first in line for a library job that (as a uni perk) could potentially allow me to go to grad-school for free and work with some old friends. Then there's PA Allies.
