Apart from perhaps dying, I cannot think of a worse way to spend a full day of my life studying French filiation law. Highlights include looking up online translation, looking up English dictionary as do not understand in English the words the online translator hits out with, and pouring over the French civil code. This is crap. It's bloody gorgeous outside and I'm sitting in evaluating the decline of the Parliament under the 5th Republic of France.  I can almost deal with being in the library back home whilst it's sunny outside but still a bit chilly, but it's actually proper warm and lovely and holidayish outside.
