well, i'm a member of the under-200 club now. i weigh 197 and i'm going to hold it right here for as long as i can. the holiday stress is over. i haven't barfed in over a week, i'm pooping less, and i'm eating well on my get-better diet (rice/chicken broth/veggies and mmmmm probiotic yogurt). if i lose any more i'm not going to fit into the
