my friendship bread turned out awesome. i ended up with six loaves instead of four and a crap-load of starters. there was A LOT. but i added an extra half a cup of milk, flour, and sugar before i started to give me extra, because i gave out 7 starters and kept one for myself. the butterscotch i guess turned out well. i haven't tried any but ( Read more... )

last weekend was kristi's baby shower for luke. he'll be here on november 17, by appointment :) between chasing natalie around and playing with toys and boxes and wrapping paper balls, and then playing pass-the-peanut with luke, i think this is going to be the best christmas EVER!!
