* The Lazy Arse project is getting my arse in shape. I already lost some kilos, I feel more alive instead of a zombie and I'm getting some long lost muscles back. Yay! Dance class is great except when I have to do the "sexy" dance, my crosstrainer is sublime and highly addictive and running is okayish. I went to see the dentist today. According to her computer my last dental check up was ten years ago.
