I constantly feel like I'm seconds away from a panic attack.

I am sick. I am failing and I don't know what to do or where to turn. I feel like the weight of years is bearing down on me all at once.

What to do?

Rear brakes are for control. Front brakes are for stopping power.

You never truly realize how dependent you are on consistent braking power. With your brakes operating abnormally, you may not crash, but it's awkward...like walking on land after time at sea.

We're having a boy! In my mind I sort of always pictured our child being a girl - not because I particularly wanted a girl, it just happened that way. Now that this 'boy' thing has settled in for a day, I'm amped.

I was way behind the rest of the world, but I finally saw the Social Network last night. Seeing 'livejournal' featured in the first segment of the film made me incredibly nostalgic for this 'place.' So Winston did eventually come back - he walked right through the door like nothing had ever happened. Life continues on: I graduate with a Masters Degree in Museum Studies this May. We are expecting our first child in July. We find out the sex in three weeks.

It's funny keeping this thing up-to-date. In a way, it seems quite silly.

Winston is missing. I'm really really not doing well with this. I hope he comes home soon.

Jimmy and Amy live up here now and have a little doggie named Ella. We've kicked around a few ideas about making music but it's a lot harder to concentrate on writing and practicing music when you are adults with jobs, houses, school, laundry, cleaning and mulching.
