Languages? Well, what I speak is called "Krellish," but it seems identical to the language most people speak here.

I also speak elvish, dwarven, and triton. Um, Ace spoke a language that sounded a lot like elvish, and I've heard a young girl say some words that sounded like dwarven.

Elbish?

Y'prefer Krellish?

ttlyisabard April 12 2009, 05:26:13 UTC
Krellish is my natural language. My I learned elvish to read traditional stories to a friend, but I only recently learned the other two.

Elvish sounds beautiful, but it is very difficult to write.

I apparently speak what most on this ship do. Common? English? Whatever it's called.

I also speak Ancient, but that's dead and useless, so...

Oh! I've been learning Japanese.

weifengyiyu April 12 2009, 05:42:46 UTC
Atch-ch-ch-ch, y'sound like a scholar.

Y'like learnin' more?

Reply

ttlynotawizard April 12 2009, 05:49:14 UTC
Well, I'm educated, but not anything close to being a scholar. Kind of had to learn Ancient. Japanese was for lack of anything better to do around here some days.

Well, yeah...a different form of communication. Can't say it doesn't interest me.

Why do you ask?

Education's expensive. Y'write too?

I'm curious. Al-Hebb's very different, I'm findin'.
