So. You're right, the USUK was definitely secondary to the France/Germany in here, which was very nicely done. It's really pleasant to see them together and happy. The humor! The (almost) fluff! And I laughed at the bit about the radioactive sausage - poor France, it wasn't your fault. At least you tried.

I love how healthy their relationship is (especially compared to England and America, heh.) I love all the little bits you put in - their ability to actually communicate and talk through things, the way they call each other by their names in that language (I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't pointed it out in your notes, but THIS IS TOTALLY MY HEADCANON.) Best is the bit that France will actually forgive Germany for telling this story. <3

Germany's POV - with his little comments about therapy, and England's cooking, and France - is just win. And Katy Perry. Only France could come up with using pop songs to analyze England and America, and have it actually make sense ( ... )

Their relationship's healthiness is precisely why I love writing France/Germany!

It's such a nice break from constant unresolved tensions common amongst other nations. :P France and Germany re just so good together foreign policy-wise it almost feels surreal, and I'm always surprised there isn't more France/Germany fics in this fandom.

I know, right? Of all Hetalia ships, France and Germany probably have the most IRL references to them as a couple. I suppose it's just that they both are usually shipped with other characters, and that their personality dynamics don't seem as interesting. But then you get nice cheerful fluff like this, and... yeah.

I hope you continue this, so I can write more long comments for you :D

Yeah, the two of them both have pretty popular ships in Hetalia. But for me, at least half of my inspiration for Hetalia fic comes from current day foreign policy, so I've got a lot to say about them. And the other half comes from hilarious Merkel-Sarkozy pics, ahaha...

I shall definitely continue this! :) They're so much fun to write, heh.

Oh gosh, this made me laugh so hard. That part about a radioactive pig ... I imagine Germany must have freakt out a lot when he found out, because around here, you can't even say the word "radioactive" without causing a discussing on nuclear power.

Awww! This story is so made of win! England getting counselling, FraGer being an adorable tag-team, Eurozone shenanigans, awesome!

I have a soft spot for France/Germany and yours is just utterly adorable. Our headcanons on them seem to be pretty similar, too :D I love them speaking in a mix of French and German, just like Germany being upset because England sneered at his military alliance with France, it's very sweet and coupley. Germany agreeing to analyze England's America issues based on a pop song -> that's the kind of sacrifice you only make for true love! XD

Radioactive boars! Oh France! At least he meant well.

I always intend to write some contemporary FraGer as well, but I only get bunnies for angsty historical stuff.
