I'll go with Omi. He's both cheerful and serious, kind, smart and patient, protective... He's not very comfortable when it comes to dating, so I'm sure that he'd like your idea of dating - doing fun, but relatively normal stuff.

Kapitel!Yohji was close, but I think you'd do better with Kapitel!Ken. He's quite friendly and as cheerful as the fandom allows, can cook (see: Side B), values loyalty, doesn't mind fun, doesn't smoke and doesn't drink (that's where Yohji looses), likes going out and if by "playing games" you mean soccer, he's all yours ^^
