Turning the new 52
Ah, another year gone by. 52 years. And you feel it as you age. Thankfully, yoga is keeping me flexible and sane. ^_^
e_sama is recovering from pneumonia. He wasn't hospitalized, but has been laid low for a few weeks because of it. It's hard to believe his Eldest Chibi just celebrated her third wedding anniversary and will turn 29 in two weeks ( Read more... ) -

Congratulations to e_sama's Eldest Chibi, who purchased her first home today with her husband.
Though Eldest Chibi is 27, I still remember when she was a teenager taking her to anime cons and trips. -
Back to work Catching Fire
Monday I'll be back at work. This time I'm working Emerald Advance, which Block's loan that is repaid with your tax refund. Though it's only for two weeks, I'll enjoy the extra spending cash I'll earn. We have our training for a few days in December. the office opens up on January 6th.

A plot bunny emerges

With some down time, I decided to poke the hibernating Mr. Peabody to see if the creative juices can be harvested. I found the only plotbunny that was on a backup disk from the previous laptop (It died last December.) Story is titled Loose Ends and involves Vash getting into trouble. Outline I have is dated October 2009.

Torrent client question
Anime-access, the site where I had been getting fansubs has shut down. So I guess I'll have to go the old-fashioned route and get torrents through Tokyo Tosho. Any recommendations for a torrent client to use? IIRC, I last use bit-torrent ( Read more... )
