Yeah, we're all pretty sure manned space flight is getting stripped down pretty far. I'm on the space science side, but cuts on the manned side will certainly affect us--especially since we're not developing launch vehicles AT ALL in the US, and we've already launched our last Deltas. NASA can do amazing things, but not for free...
