I'm somewhat jealous that these talks of awesomeness and music never seem to come my way. I guess it goes back to being in high school and knowing on some level that I'm cool, but not quite as cool as you guys. Anyway. Daffney will rock (yes, rock, in keeping with terms from yester-year), but not quite as hard as they did when I would be stoned, sitting on the couch in the dungeon, hoping for you guys to take a cigarette break long enough that I could play the drums. I don't think I have a single less than good memory of that place.

I miss you guys.

we miss you too, poncho. and this has nothing to do with you not being cool - you're twice as cool as me and ben put together - this has to do with the pacific northwest, and the fact that me and ben are still immature and untethered enough to ditch whatever job we have to move across the country to drink and be poor and not pay our phone bill. you have a career and a fiance and a house and a future. sorry for assuming you couldn't make it: i dont suppose you wanna move out west?.. don't assume you're not invited, by all and any means, but this plan has to do with moving to portland, the music just happened to crawl in bed drunk with us and find our weiners. new york is way too expensive and crowded for kids like us, besides crawling with cutthroat indie bands. consier it an open invitation, if you're looking for a change of venue ( ... )
