Busy day

Got up early despite raging hangover.  Got the car MOTd.  Bought carbohydrates; lured Greg out of bed with same.  Drove to Nottinghamshire.  Had a lovely visit with parental units and the chirpy old geezer (Gramps) while my beloved did arcane computery things in the parental office.  Drove home.

Oh yeah, and sold the house.

Nope, to one of the estate agents! Good because it was a very fast cash sale so we can get on with moving; bad because they knew exactly how little I'd be prepared to accept, and offered exactly that. I don't feel that they've really done much for their money or represented my interests, but I did get the minimum I required. Overall impression: meh.
