Clotilde is out for the evening and Kit is in bed. So i've time in the house to do whatever I want and all that really appeals is having a nap.

This month I have finally come to the realization that I am never going to go to the gym enough to justify the cost of signing up for the year. It is just too easy to relax at home with a g&t and a DVD.

I've been listening to The Specials and The Clash recently and I am wondering; who is this Rudy character?

We are back from a lovely holiday in Dinan, Brittany. Which is a
mediaeval walled town on a hill. We went there with Ravenlas and

Kit is a toddler now, so we have bought her shoes and a toddler backpack. The shoes are a stunning pink colour which were chosen because they were on offer in the designer outlet and were the only pair that fit her properly. What is the gracious way of signalling to my conversational partner
that I am no longer interested/or never was interested in what they
are saying and that I would like them to either change the subject or
stop talking.

I am knackered this morning, it is only since about 9:00 that I've even been able to type competently.
