I heard Elbow's new single last night, The Bones of You. I cried. I think it is amazing. It reached in and punched my heart until it had a great big blue bruise. It's on youtube if you fancy listening. I have had it on repeat all day, it's still giving me goosebumps.

Last night Andy and I caught a few minutes of a TV program on ITV about a group of women who were being taught how to shop for clothes in the proper manner, according to Trinny and Suzanna.
