I'm a bit late on this one, again. I forgot to mention that I attended the Eldritch Moon prerelease. It was fun, but I didn't get a good pool of cards. There is a new mechanic to meld two creatures into one big creature. I managed to get both halves of one pair and melded them together! Not that it helped win me the game, though.

I didn't get around to posting this yet, but a few weekends a go, I attended the prerelease for Dragons of Tarkir. It enjoyed playing it a lot. I went 2-3 coming in 14th place. The matches I lost were really close. Probably the best games I've played in a long time. I didn't get many dragons, but I got two mythic rares in my colors. Those ( Read more... )

This past Saturday was the prerelease of Fate Reforged. I enjoyed the set a lot, but I went 2-2 coming in 12th place. It was better than I did the last time, and the two matches I lost were close. Yesterday, it was estimated that we got about 10 inches of rain at our house! Fortunately, we didn't have any flash flood damage.
