I'm getting really frustrated with all the filing and paying and fixing I still have to do at CSB. I'm starting to feel like they are sabatoging my Ultimate Departure by holding back the paperwork and instructing the accounting and registrar people to be extra slow and grumpy. I think the heat went here for a visit. It was burning outside yesterday, and will apparently continue later. Today might be a bit more tolerable, since the stench of pot won't be in most places anymore.........

I hope the sun is considering extending its stay in the West until I get to enroll. Hee hee.
I only know 420 as my cat's birthday, so I guess not too much of the pot cloud was hanging over Manila. Perhaps the sun wanted to hang out with those who, er, party hard? I hope normal air smell returns over there :)
