So I arived in CA yesterday at 11 am. I hate flying so much..before I left I went to have some drinks with fisshie, her mom and two friends. the redsox were playing the yankees that day.. I had a nice talk with a friend of mine who is currently graduating from med school. He was telling me how they have been doing studies on prolonging life.  It was proven that if you consume LESS calories your life span can go up about 50%. So basically eat healthy and try to cut down on your calories if you intend on living for a long time.
