Been working on my outlines and such so that I'll be ready come Nov 1 to start cranking out plot, plus reading the NaNo forums, especially the Denver section. I have to say it has me wondering what the split of men to women participants is. I keep debating snagging this from Amazon mp3, but I'm curious, anyone given it a full listen yet? I've heard a few tracks thanks to Pandora and like what I've heard so far, but would like to hear from anyone who's bought and given it a proper listen or 10. -

Screwed up sleep schedule
Bleh, I hate that I finally got a good set of sleep habits in place (in bed by 11 to midnight) and then I screw it all up with a nice long 3-4 hour nap tonight waking up right around midnight and not feeling able to go back to sleep. Buuuu -

I finally got my hands on a Wii!
Picked that and Super Smash Brothers Brawl so far. Next game I figure I'll get is Mario Kart, then Mario Galaxy (yes I am Nintendo's bitch) -

Sweet, sweet books
Been sitting on (read, too lazy to spend) a $50 gift card for B&N (have another for another store I still need to spend) and I realized I hadn't bought a new book in FAR, FAR too long, so hit up the store just a couple miles away. Spent the whole card plus a bit extra and came away with a nice little haul that should last a couple weeks ( Read more... )
