Sometimes I think we put God in a box because it's simply easier that way. We don't know how to conceptualize an all-powerful, all-knowing entity. This has been a pretty interesting couple of years of change in my life.

• I moved back to Cleveland after graduate school.
• I bought a brand new car and found out that I have great credit.(Who knew?)

I love the way that the earth smells in the spring time. I enjoy forests particularly. The smell of the remnants of fall decaying and turning into something more warm and vibrant and full of life. I also love the hours I get to play in the dirt. Planting really gives me this sense of  joy that you can't get through other activities. It makes me ( Read more... )

 Today was the first day at my part time volunteer coordination job. All of my coworkers seem like really nice people and I also think that I will really enjoy my supervisor and the executive director. They were really relaxed about things. I also really appreciated how friendly everyone was. I did not feel like the outsider today.. just very new. ( Read more... )
