That is DAMN good news! Go you! Good luck finding a teaching position--though I think you are better off than those people that want to be English-type teachers, there usually seems to be more jobs for the math/science teachers out there.
Congrats! Since it's one of the sciences you're aiming to teach you should have NO trouble finding a job. I know of one person who taught chemistry in Worcester. He was told by personnel they wouldn't give them a permanent contract, just sub work (he'd been working as a sub for over a year). He left the meeting, drove to Shrewsbury, went to the human resources department and was offered a job on the spot. They didn't have a classroom for him or anything, but they knew they'd need him. I'm still having trouble finding a teaching position, since there's an overwhelming number of unemployed elementary ed teachers. Check the Sunday Boston Globe, as that's the main location for print ads. Also, it's worth checking out www.schoolspring.com. Jobs from all over the US are posted there, and it's a good way to track salary ranges. There's also www.edjoin.org, another job posting site. Good luck!

Eventually (for higher licenses) you need a couple other requirements, but for the exam & first license you don't need anything else.
