How can it not be obvious that passing fuel-efficiency legislation is a better plan than allowing more drilling???? Frankly, it doesn't *matter* what scale the environmental impact on Alaska will be; the point is, if we don't fix our PRACTICES, we are all screwed! SCREWED!<
