My retired Longy conductor (Lorna... some of you may remember) just called and recruited me for the "Conservatory Camerata" at the New England Conservatory. I already have a lot on my plate, but how can I say no? She only took 4 altos from the audition pool but she needs a total of 5 for the ensemble, and she thought of...me?
