I am disinclined to engage with people who feel threatened by neutral statements

I need to make this my mantra, and to do that I need to become better at making neutral statements.

I think "doing to much" when it comes to my joints, is like getting a sunburn. I sort of know I'm going overboard when I'm doing it, but the pain doesn't kick in until later.

Except there is this lotion thing I can put on that prevent sunburn. Don't know what I can do to prevent joint freeze up, except not do anything, which I refuse to do.

Did some bare-patch fixing and some woodchip spreading today (bought 5 bags for $20, not bad). Used the "eco friendly" weed killer on the stuff that grows in asphalt cracks... it didn't work last year so I don't know why I am hopeful about this year.
