I love this song. Chrissy Amphlett seems a bit spaced here, but it was 1984. I have no explanation for her dress, however.
I am still convinced Divinyls is one of the great unsung bands of the late 80s/early 90s. I bought a compilation of their stuff in college on a whim, and it was great stuff.

I am totally tickled that Martha Plimpton has been nominated for a Tony (featured actress in a play for "Coast of Utopia).  You may remember Ms. Plimpton from 200 Cigarettes, Parenthood, or Pecker, but probably from The Goonies.  Either way, I think she's freakin hilarious and I think the world needs a lot more Martha Plimpton.  Hopefully the nom ( Read more... )

So it's my birthday today. I wish I was a bit more excited about it, but I have to work tonight, so that puts a damper on things.
