I have this bitterness

It gnaws away at my happiness

It started off as an ink drop

Quiet and small as a sob

The ink spreads its mess

Like a tumour it infects

It seeps lethally across the heart

With a target like a dart

This darkness I try to suppress

With this happiness I call a pretence

It gnaws and gnaws

Repelling any who try to break force

It's been about 24 days of travel in Europe and I can't believe that the entire trip just happened. Time has flown by so quickly, and I am on my way to starting my exchange program in Scotland!
