This weekend we were in LA for Christian's 100 day celebration which went ok. On Sunday we got a chance to visit Rick Warren’s church Saddleback. Let me just say it was very impressive. This kid that I talk to sometimes in the gym came into my office today and gave everybody in my office a valentine. Inside was a Bible verse 1 John 4:9,19 “This is how God showed his love for us: He sent his only Son into the world so we might live through him. First we were loved, now we love. So I was rifling through Berkland’s or Gracepoint’s new website and it was so surreal seeing the old Berkland faces doing the same Berkland things, in the same Berkland poses, in the same Berkland uniforms. I do have to give them a lot of credit for their great organizational/administrative skills.

Anna Nicole Smith just died. I'm not a fan or anything but given her older son's recent drug overdose, and the birth of her new son, it's all very weird and tragic.

So the Superbowl yesterday was a let down for me. Actually it’s kind of a let down every year. I think the anticipation for the Superbowl is actually better than the actual watching of the Superbowl.
