how specific has he been, because what you need to do is come up with a really creative interpretation of "squirrel"

start looking up synonyms

or nickname something "squirrel" and then catch it

or one of those old fashioned boxes with a string that you pull

in debate jargon, a "squirrel" is a stupid case that is BARELY relevant to the topic and usually involves some obscure knowledge.

so like, if the topic is "create a policy to protect marine natural resources", a squirrel would be the idea "put vitamin A in the water next to japan so that manatees can have better eyesight"
