It stays public for about two or three hours, at which time Sarah realizes the communicator's recorder posted it. It switches to Private after that.

I'm sorry I couldn't get to this any sooner, but during the flood, I spent some time with Mark Hoffman. He expressed concerns regarding some drawings in his room. Upon inspection, I found these:
