That a lot of the groups in the late sixties had the best back up singers, more talent than the group. Maybe they (the groups), were too loaded to be at their best, but the back ups where great. Working at the hospital today and it is one of the first cold days of the season....well the smokers usually go to the designated area to smoke, which is at least 25 feet from the door (per state law). Since it is cold, they seem to want to stay by the door and security has to direct them to the smoking area. It's amazing that some of the ( Read more... )

Now the Kerry camp seems to have discovered the loss of explosives from a dump before our troops took it over! Is this an issue to raise one week before the vote? Election..........................? What Election?

2004, it's here and no regrets. Hope everyone looks forward to it like I do. Big changes will happen this year and even though there will be many risks, the rewards will be great. Now off to the challenge. Oops, just one regret....I missed rclawed on her trip to little sis's house but I guess that gives me something to look forward to.

Had an interview with the volunteer coordinator at the local hospital....am trying to get a job that doesn't pay anything, wish me luck. Also, a friend called to talk about opportunities in the food processing industry. In Northeastern Oklahoma, snow is an event. And last night, it snowed 8". We just happened to be traveling to Stillwater to feed my son and his friends during finals week, and the weather report stated that the snow was light and brief.....well, it didn't stop the whole 75 miles to Stillwater and the wind was blowing about 40 mph.
