that's a really good school :) and plus I believe its in Williamsburg which is a totally fun place to go as there's Colonial Williamsburg there and Bush Gardens XD

It's ranked #30 on the "top 100" from USNews and Duke is ranked 12, right next to Cornell. We hadn't specifically been looking at it because they don't offer full tuition scholarships and there is no safety school nearby in case we needed it, but since it's free, there's no harm in applying just to get all options on the table. Jason mapquested Duke and it is actually closer to Blacksburg than the University of Richmond, even though it's in NC. Anyway, I just like getting fee waivers because it gives me more options to consider (applying to schools that you aren't 100% sure you might go to is stupid when you're paying $30-$60 per application) and because it's a sign that more are to come, I hope.
