I think they could make a Balderdash phrase game based on stuff in my Property textbook:

"A gap in seisin would have existed, because the termor was not seised..."

That termor's gonna be bland unless somebody seisins it.

"The feoffee to uses in effect dropped out..."

That's why feoffees need to be safely stowed.

Actually, we decided to get a PS3 for Jason's birthday. He is playing infamous and I just watched Tangled, which was a pretty good movie!

Jason turns 26 today, woohoo! We have already done some early celebrating by getting Wingstop and going to see Bridesmaids, which was hilarious. And lots of Hyde Park walking now that all of the beautiful leaves are out. Okay, so I am supposed to be reading cases, but I found this trailer for a movie called "Another Earth" and I think you guys might like it! It comes out July 20th, coincidentally.
