If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, even if we don’t speak often, please post a comment with a memory of you and me. It can be anything you want, either good or bad.

When you’re finished, post this little paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people remember about you.

Well-- there is the classic first meeting memory:
K- Hi! I'm Karen, I play softball! Do you play softball?
Me- nodding, a little afraid

Ten years and counting on that one...

And how about all the time you'd come over to help rearrange my room, then end up playing the piano while my dad, your sister and I did all the work?

I'm trying to think of the embarrising ones...hmm

maybe later

Anything I can think of huh? How about tripping over that stupid pink blanket, or peeing on Jimmy, or licking your juice off the table? For heaven's sake I could write a freaking book of all the good, bad, fun, ugly, stupid, annoying, mean, successful, encouraging moments of your life. I think it would start: I remember the day my sister was born. I was 2 years 3 months and 2 days old. It is my very first vivid memory I have in my life. I don't remember a time I had without her. There she laid in the little crib behind the glass and when she came out I wasn't allowed to hold or touch her, so instead I ate "square" cheese and salamoni on the hospital bed with my dad watching a Notre Dame football game while my mom held her in the arm chair. Ever since that day I have always wanted to take care of her and make her happy. Well until she turned two and started eating my toys, breaking my piano, sucking on my puzzles, and literally becoming my shadow. I still however wanted everything for her. .... We hated each other, we loved ( ... )

I remember walking through the woods naming all of the sights.
