I hadnt thought of them in years. Then today I heard their one and only memorable (as far as I know) song "What does sex mean to me". I had the album. Its most inspired line is "I touch my finger to my tongue, I taste vagina. I licked Betty Ford's boots, she wore them all over China". It then goes on to talk about the Chinese communist parties

Since I don't think the tone is too capable of being lowered, (although I could be wrong.) I'll say what I was thinking. She obviously was attempting to kick some ass but her aim wasn't so good...

Did you think it implied that her boots tasted like vagina as well? And, I think you WERE capable of lowering the tone even further. Also, maybe by "boots" they meant "Boots", like the chemist?

Well, not really. I agree with what you thought, but meg's response just made me think of it. Oh, and I think you're right about lowering the tone, sorry about that! I doubt the reference is to Boots, but they were considering stocking sex toys at one point a year or two ago. They changed their minds after a bit of an outcry among the staff and/or customers.
