I love Sam's ridiculous train of thought and how much he worries about Dean.

They are absurd about each other, I think, and crazy because of each other, and maybe ridiculousness is the only sane way to deal with that. Which is its own special kind of logic, but . . . :D

I always forget, until I read another of your magnificent stories, how you can make a first time for Dean and Sam so completely organic and true to their characters and their relationship as brothers. To say nothing of your artistry with language that I envy like you wouldn't believe. This story is really quite lovely.
